Even resting with your eyes closed provides you immense benefits.
So give yourself a break from work and have a chill pill !
4. Air
Breathing in fresh air has tremendous treasures hidden in it. It improves your lungs functioning, boosts up your immune system, improves brain functioning, increses your muscle strength and obviously you won’t survive without it.
Contrary to this if you are breathing in polluted air, it damages your inner body immensely.
5. Exercise
